Our Services and What We Do

Our People Make Productions Possible

At High End Labor Partners, we don’t just fill positions — we build teams. From large-scale concerts to corporate events and national broadcasts, our professionals bring the skill, reliability, and leadership that make every production seamless.

We provide experienced personnel for roles including, but not limited to:

  • Close-up of a person's hand adjusting sound mixing sliders on an audio mixing console, black and white photo.

    Audio Engineers (A1 / A2 / Show A2)

From full-system design and console operation to wireless microphone management and live show support, our audio team handles everything from keynote presentations to music-driven productions. A1s lead the system, while A2s and Show A2s support setup, RF management, and backstage execution.

  • A team performs on stage with singers, musicians, and a projected lyric screen in a church or concert hall. In the foreground, a technical crew member operates multiple monitors and a control panel for sound and video editing.

    Video Engineers (V1 / V2 / Projectionists)

Our video specialists manage switchers, camera feeds, LED displays, projection, and all routing behind the scenes. V1s lead full-system operation, V2s support cabling and setup, and Projectionists handle alignment, blending, and screen management for seamless visuals.

  • A live country band performing on a colorful stage with pink, blue, and purple lighting, featuring multiple musicians playing guitars and a drum set, with decorative lighting projections in the background.

    Lighting Designers & Lighting Technicians (LD / L1 / L2 / ME)

From creative design to technical execution, our lighting department builds and operates full lighting rigs with precision. LDs design the look, L1s run the system, L2s assist with rigging and focusing, and Master Electricians ensure safe, clean power distribution.

  • Stage lighting equipment hanging from a metal truss, with a dark ceiling and some blue and white lights in the background.

    LED Wall Technicians & Programmers

Our LED specialists build, cable, configure, and program LED walls of all sizes — from standard displays to multi-screen, pixel-mapped environments. They handle signal flow, troubleshooting, media server integration, and everything needed for a flawless LED presentation.

  • Carpenter supporting a stage build for an AZ event

    Carpenter

Skilled carpenters support event builds, staging, scenic elements, and custom set construction. Our carpenters ensure structural integrity, precision, and safe execution for conferences, concerts, trade shows, and large-scale productions.

  • A film crew in a dimly lit, red-toned studio. One person is holding a camera rig, wearing a beanie, and is focused on filming. Other crew members are visible in the background, wearing dark clothing and working with equipment.

    Camera Operators (Tripod & Handheld)

From live broadcasts to general sessions and IMAG, our operators bring strong framing instincts, smooth movement, and cue-based precision. We staff both handheld operators for dynamic movement and tripod operators for locked-down or studio-style shots.

  • A speaker giving a presentation on stage in front of a large audience in an industrial and conference-style venue. The presentation screen displays app interface designs, including a reservation, a city guide, and a food tour.

Breakout Room Operators & Conference Support

Breakout Operators run small-room AV including projectors, slide playback, basic audio, and lighting. Floaters support multiple rooms at once — solving tech issues, resetting gear, and keeping multi-room conferences running smoothly end-to-end.

  • Close-up of person working on a black wooden stage with music equipment, including a pedal, cables, and a multi-effects pedal, surrounding their feet.

    Stagehands

The backbone of any show. Our hands assist with load-in, load-out, cabling, scenic setups, power drops, and general production tasks. They support every department and help keep your schedule tight and efficient from start to finish.

  • A male electrician wearing safety gloves and a yellow hard hat working on an electrical socket on a gray wall at a conference.

    Rigging Technicians & Safety Professionals

Certified riggers ensure safe installation of overhead truss, motors, and load-bearing structures. Master Electricians and safety technicians manage power distribution and ensure compliance with all venue safety standards.

  • A man operating a professional video camera on a tripod records a woman with long, wavy blonde hair in a room with natural light reading off of a teleprompter.

Technical Directors & Media Operators (Playback, GFX, Teleprompter)

Technical Directors command the flow of the show — switching cameras, calling cues, and managing complex video routing.
Media Operators handle Playback Pro, graphics, slide decks, and teleprompters, ensuring presentations run smoothly and flawlessly.
