Jake Kostner
Jacob Kostner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from the University of Michigan, and a Masters of Science in Administration, with a concentration in Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University. While receiving honors at both institutions, Kostner was a Founder of the Michigan Sport Consulting Club, as well as receiving the Roger & Elaine Zatkoff Scholarship for superior application of education during his time in Ann Arbor.
Post-education, Kostner accelerated his growth in the football industry from a student assistant to offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the Football Bowl Subdivision Division I level.
He was acknowledged as the youngest coordinator in all of college football at the age of 25 and produced top 10 offenses. While in his position, he was responsible for oversight of 80 offensive players at Limestone and 55 offensive players at Central Michigan, as well as a staff of 9 individuals.
